Psalm 90 – Singing For Joy Every Day!

• God is Eternal! Always been here Always will be!
• Because of Sin Life is Hard!
• Life is Short!

Psalm 90:9 For all our days have declined in Your fury; We have finished our years like a sigh. 10 As for the days of our life, they contain seventy years, Or if due to strength, eighty years, Yet their pride is but labor and sorrow; For soon it is gone and we fly away.

How do we live?

1. Ask for Wisdom! Verse 14

James 3:13-18

2. Ask for Gladness and Joy!

Psalms 90:14 O satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness, That we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.

1st Question: Is It Ok to Ask God to Make Us Joyful?

2nd Question - What is God's Lovingkindness?

Love, Grace, Mercy, Faithfulness, Goodness, Devotion!

Satisfy us in the morning with God's Strength – Steadfastness – God's Love!

Loving- kindness is What Motivated God to save us! Titus 3:1-11

Psalm 13:5 But I have trusted in Your lovingkindness; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.

•  Through His Presence! Psalm 16 and Psalm 23

•  Through His Word! John 15:5-11 – Why Jesus Speaks!

•  Through His Spirit!

Ephesians 5:18 And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, 19 speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody with your heart to the Lord;

Psalm 119:88 Revive me according to Your loving-kindness , So that I may keep the testimony of Your mouth.

•  Through Loving What's Right and Hating What's Wrong!

Psalm 45:7 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of joy above Your fellows.

•  Through Finding Great Results in Ministry! Luke 10:17-21

Psalm 59:10 My God in His lovingkindness will meet me; God will let me look triumphantly upon my foes.
