The Call of God!

The Call of God! Isaiah 6:1-8

Matthew 11:28 "Come to Me , all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.

Isaiah 45:22 "Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth; For I am God, and there is no other. 23 " I have sworn by Myself, The word has gone forth from My mouth in righteousness And will not turn back, That to Me every knee will bow, every tongue will swear allegiance. 24 "They will say of Me, 'Only in the LORD are righteousness and strength.' Men will come to Him, And all who were angry at Him will be put to shame.

Isaiah 55:1 "Ho! Every one who thirsts, come to the waters; And you who have no money come, buy and eat. Come, buy wine and milk Without money and without cost.

John 7:37 Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, " If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink.38 "He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'"

Isaiah 55:3 "Incline your ear and come to Me. Listen, that you may live; And I will make an everlasting covenant with you, According to the faithful mercies shown to David.

Isaiah 6:1-8 – The Call of Isaiah!

1. Have A Proper View of God!

Exodus 15:11 “Who is like You among the gods, O LORD? Who is like You, majestic in holiness, Awesome in praises, working wonders?

Who is this Holy God?

Isaiah 9:6 For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor , Mighty God , Eternal Father , Prince of Peace . 7 There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, On the throne of David and over his kingdom, To establish it and to uphold it with justice and righteousness From then on and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will accomplish this.

Worthy to be praised, worthy to serve in His Kingdom! Worthy of all our lives!

Colossians 1:26 that is, the mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

2. Have a Proper View Of Yourself!

As Sinners and As Saints! (Verses 3-5)

1 Corinthians 10:12 Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed that he does not fall.

Romans 12:3 For through the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of himself than he ought to think; but to think so as to have sound judgment, as God has allotted to each a measure of faith.

Proverbs 16:18 Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before stumbling. 19 It is better to be humble in spirit with the lowly Than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Proverbs 26:12 Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.

Galatians 6:3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself.
