Walking Humbly With Your God!

Micah 6:8 He has told you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justice, to love kindness, And to walk humbly with your God?

1. He's Your God! It's Personal!

It's Personal to God! The Children of Israel ! Exodus 32:1-10

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

2. It's Your Walk!! It's Powerful! Ephesians 4

To walk with God – Is to live your life with and for God! It means that your manner of life is drastically different from the world!

•  Imagine! God Wants You to Be with Him!

•  Imagine! A God to Walk With! Not a god the God!

An Invitation!

•  A Walk Towards Christ Likeness! Verse 1

Ephesians 4:1 Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called,

Genesis 17:1 Now when Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, "I am God Almighty; Walk before Me, and be blameless.

Philippians 3:14 - the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 3:1 - Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling.

1 Corinthians 1:2 Those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling , with all who in every place call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours.

2 Timothy 1:9 who has saved us and called us with a holy calling , not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was granted us in Christ Jesus from all eternity,

Romans 8:30 and these whom He predestined , He also called ; and these whom He called , He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified.

Matthew 4:17 From that time Jesus began to preach and say, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." 18 Now as Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee , He saw two brothers, Simon who was called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. 19 And He said to them, " Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men."

Isaiah 30:20 Although the Lord has given you bread of privation and water of oppression, He, your Teacher will no longer hide Himself, but your eyes will behold your Teacher. 21 Your ears will hear a word behind you, "This is the way, walk in it," whenever you turn to the right or to the left. 22 And you will defile your graven images overlaid with silver, and your molten images plated with gold. You will scatter them as an impure thing, and say to them, "Be gone!"

Galatians 5:16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.
